A scuba diver in Myrtle Beach was searching for someone’s lost phone in a lake, but found something else instead:  A bracelet honoring a former cop named Gary Walker, who died early on in the pandemic. His wife lost the bracelet in the lake three years ago and never thought she’d see it again.  She says it feels like her husband was looking down, trying to figure out a way to get it back to her.
