A study found gratitude is on the rise.  Feelings of thankfulness plummeted during the pandemic, but they’ve been rising ever since.  Over half of Americans say they regularly feel grateful for stuff. And a separate study earlier this month found being grateful can actually help you live longer…………… An influencer named Ben Kilner custom built a canoe that’s also a bike.   And he’s traveling across Scotland in it to raise money for charity.  It’s for a group called A Leg to Stand On that benefits kids with disabilities……………….And finally……………. 

Carroll Hospital in Maryland held a goodbye celebration for a special staff member:  A dog named Gryphon, who’s worked as a therapy dog at this hospital for seven years.  His handler said, “To see the difference he makes in the attitude of people is incredible . . . [I] can’t even describe it.” Gryphon is well-known – he also visits libraries, schools, and special events.  Now he’ll spend his golden years doing his favorite activity:  Swimming.
