Anyone in Virginia who’s red-green colorblind can enjoy the fall foliage in all its glory this year.  Virginia recently became the first state to install special EnChroma viewfinders in every state park………………… A longtime waitress in Iowa named Bonnie Barnett passed away last year at 80.  And it turns out she had a VERY nice nest egg.  She left $1.3 MILLION to various organizations in her town of Fort Dodge.  Friends say she often worked two jobs, saved every penny, and loved her community………………….And finally…………….  

Here’s some real-life Lassie stuff:  A cop in Washington state randomly saw a dog sitting in the middle of a road, and she refused to get in his patrol car.  Then she led him to a cabin, where her 84-year-old owner was in trouble. He’d fallen and hurt his leg, and he’d been stuck there for hours without access to his medications.  Police say Gita, the 13-year-old dog, literally saved his life.
