A little boy in England is going viral after surviving his fourth open-heart surgery.  His parents posted a video of him an hour after he woke up, lying in the hospital singing the Elton John song, “I’m Still Standing”…………………….. A construction worker in Vancouver bought a scratch-off lottery ticket for a game called Concert of a Lifetime, and will now get to take his whole family to see Taylor Swift.  The grand prize was a VIP suite for 14 people at one of her shows, and he also won $25,000. He’s bringing his immediate family and a few close friends to the show, and would have had no problem filling all 14 spots, but he said he’s setting aside four of them, and giving them to the Make-a-Wish Foundation…………..And finally………… 

Congratulations to Bernard Snyder and Jo Cartwright, who just got married in Austin last week. It’s a big deal because Jo is 96, and Bernard is 98. He says he got up the nerve to ask her on a date a while back.  Then they started having dinner together at their retirement home.  Both are widowed and say they never expected to get married again, but they just fell in love. The wedding was last Friday in their retirement home’s courtyard.  Their kids got together to plan the whole thing.
