Firefighters in Colorado used the jaws of life to save a stray kitten trapped in a dumpster.  It was stuck in the bottom with its head sticking out through a tiny hole.  The kitten’s fine.  An animal shelter took it in…………..In bigger cat news:  First responders in Southern California rescued a cat that got chased up a tree by a dog.  But not just any cat . . . a mountain lion.  They sedated it, got it down, and released it back into the wild………………And finally………. 

Earl Guynes., a 65-year-old TX dad sold his dream car in the ’80s after his second kid was born, and bought a minivan.  He used to tease his son Jared about it, saying he sold his ’67 Camaro for diaper money.  Now four decades after he sold it, Jared just gave him his Camaro back. He couldn’t find the actual car, but he found the same model, spent two years fixing it up in secret, and gave it to him on his 65th birthday.  He said it was the best way he could think of to thank him for being such a good dad.
