Santa married 14 couples in Oklahoma on Wednesday.  It’s the second year he’s traveled down from the North Pole to officiate.  He told a reporter he makes time even though he’s pretty busy right now………………Andrew Reid, a 19-year-old on Long Island, put together a huge Christmas display using mostly junk.  He fixed up decorations that were being thrown out to save them from ending up in a landfill.  His display includes more than 500 decorations and close to 100,000 lights.  He made it a charity fundraiser, with all the proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House.  He’s calling it the “Misfit Island Christmas Lights Spectacular.”…………….And finally……….. 

Jake, a 9-year-old Doberman who spent over two years at a UK shelter, got a home for the holidays! He was picked up as a stray and was scared of dogs, people and just about everything else. He also suffered from mild hip dysplasia that required treatment. He was adopted once but returned. After behavioral and medical care, and lots of love and patience from the shelter staff, Jake met with shelter visitors John and Amanda, who spent weeks getting to know him before making his adoption official. After 862 days in the shelter, Jake finally found his family.
