A British guy who loved making people laugh got to do it one more time after passing away at just 55.  He told his family he wanted to be buried in a casket that looked like a Snickers bar, so they made it happen.  In the Snickers font, it said, “I’m Nuts.”  (Here’s a photo.)…………………. The New England Aquarium just built a retirement community for penguins.  The rock slopes are more gradual, and they don’t have to deal with all the nonsense younger penguins get up to.  The first six just moved in, and they’re doing great.  Their species has an average lifespan of 10 to 15 years, but most of them are already twice that old. They say the penguins should be happier there, and it’s also easier to do things like give them their daily meds.  (Here’s a video.)…………………And finally…………………….  

A deer and her two fawns fell through the ice on a WI lake last weekend, and a passerby called the police to report it.  The Green Lake County Sheriff’s office knew that if they tried to go after them with a boat, the deer would try to get away, but thinking creatively, they were able to save them with the help of a drone.  The deer were 200 yards from shore and couldn’t find their way back, so the cops used the drone to herd them in the right direction.  All three made it out and ran off together.  (Here’s a video of one of them making it to shore.)
