In the late ’80s, Eric Clapton began a residency at the Royal Albert Hall with nine dates. Through the years, the residency expanded, when in 1991 and ’92, he did 24 Nights at the hallowed London venue.

​Eric decided to divide the dates over three different lineups: a rock band, blues band, and with the National Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by the late Michael Kamen.
