TikTok loves a 21-year-old trainer in England named Bailey Greetham-Clark because of who he works with.  He gives boxing lessons at retirement homes.  They can do it sitting down, and it still gets their heart rate up.  He started his company ‘Be Great Fitness’ in 2020 at just 17-years-old, and now helps thousands of people. A family of taekwondo teachers near Houston saved a woman from being assaulted on Tuesday.  They heard a guy attacking her in a business next to their studio and beat the snot out of him. The dad held him down for 10 minutes until cops got there.  All five members of the family are fourth-degree black belts………………And finally…………. 

Students at Tennessee Tech helped out a 12-year-old girl who loves music and wanted to play drums.  But she was born without hands, so they had to come up with custom prosthetics to make it happen. They spent a whole semester designing them, and made them with a 3-D printer.  She says they work great, and they’re helping her prove she can do anything she wants to in life.
