The world’s largest 3-D-printed NEIGHBORHOOD is nearing completion in Texas.  3-D-printing homes is faster, less expensive, requires fewer workers, and minimizes construction material waste.  And they are VERY sturdy. The homes actually aren’t “cookie cutter” in the way you’d expect, but you do sacrifice a little charm.  One buyer says, “It feels like a fortress . . . it kinda gives you the feeling of being in a cinderblock.  In a cozy way.”…………. An Indian entrepreneur is using sugar, cellulose, and corn waste to make millions of plastic-like bags for small businesses.  But unlike plastic, these bags decompose within 180 days………………And finally………….. 

A couple named Sarah and Alex Schilke got married in WI back in June, and a video from their reception is making the rounds . . . because it got interrupted by a tornado. The venue wasn’t hit, but they all had to shelter in the basement with a bunch of strangers who were having a family reunion in the same building. A guy from the reunion ended up helping them with their first dance.  He had a guitar and played the song “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.
