A pit bull at a shelter in D.C. finally got adopted after more than three years of being passed over. Noel showed up to the shelter pregnant in 2020, and also helped raise dozens of other puppies that got adopted out. Unfortunately, while her babies were adopted quickly, Noel struggled to find a home because she was shy and scared of new people. Thanks to a dedicated foster mom, Noel began to get comfortable and come out of her shell to interact with people. Now after 1,263 days of waiting, she’s finally got a forever home and even an adopted sibling.
