A bunch of people in New Zealand banded together to save dozens of beached pilot whales on Sunday.  They used sheets to lift them up and get them back in the water.  Four didn’t make it, but more than 30 whales were saved……………. A British couple met while working at a grocery store in 2017, and just went back to the store to have their wedding photos taken. She trained him when he got hired, and showed him how to stock chips on the shelf, so they snapped a pic in the same aisle while random people were there shopping…………….And finally………… 

A guy in Canada named Michael Pickup tracked down the stranger who saved his life 56 years ago. 18-year-old Brian Lavery was driving near the coast of Nova Scotia when he saw two-year-old Michael floating face-down in freezing cold water, so he ran in and pulled him out.  Michael recently came across an old news article about it and decided to track Brian down to thank him in person.  He said the article hit hard and reminded him he wouldn’t be here if Brian hadn’t been there at just the right time.
