A group in England called the Prime Timers broke the record for world’s oldest choir.  It’s got 17 members with an average age of 94.  The youngest is 87, and the oldest is 99………… A guy’s Apple Watch saved his life and the lives of two others last week, after he hurt his leg skiing in Washington state.  It sent out an SOS after he tumbled 1,000 feet down a mountain.  There’s footage of a search-and-rescue helicopter picking him up, along with the rest of his group.  Without the watch, they could have been there all night and frozen to death……………And finally………….. 

Christian Bale and his wife, Sibi, have been working for more than 16 years to improve Los Angeles’ foster care system. In 2022, they bought land and co-founded Together California to build a community that will allow siblings in the foster system to stay together. The village, built for an estimated $22 million, includes 12 homes, two studio apartments, and a 7,000-square-foot community center, along with gardens, recreational spaces, and sports areas. Children will be looked after by full-time Together California foster parents who will provide custom care for each child. It’s slated to open this year.
